  Do the following exercises on your own: 1.2, 1.4, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13,
  1.15, 1.17.

Ch2

  Read Chapter 2 from page 39 to 72.
  Skip Figure 2.9 and Section 2.9.the following

  Do the following exercises on your own: 2.2, 2.7, 2.11, 2.14

Ch 3

  Read Ch 3 from page 81 to 115.
  Skip Section 3.5 and 3.6.
